I'm looking for yaoi manga specifically centering around this topic:
Priest getting corrupted and losing his faith or abandoning his religion.
I know there's Madness, Innocent Bird and Shinpu but do you folks have any recommendations?
Thanks! 🙂

Temptation is the only one I can think of right now, but it's been licensed by Dramaqueen. They are suppose to be printing again and releasing some titles at the end of the month. Namaka did two chapters and it's pretty good. I'll add more if I can think of any.
Edit
Thought of another
Yume Musubi, Koi Musubi
Mikazuki no Kimi (You at the New Moon)
Akuma no Himitsu
Little Lost Lamb
There is another one with a vampire and priest, but I can't remember the title.
Cogito Ergo Sum (I think, therefore I am)

Its not yaoi, but has shounen-ai in it, MW , from the master Osamu Tezuka.
hmm maybe you will like one of those:
Kashou no Tsuki
Kirie
Black Sun Silver Moon
Yuuwaku no Hitsuji
Akuma no Himitsu

but the following one, will maybe be the only one that will fit your taste ^^;;

If you don't mind short stories, there's one in A Sex Therapist, and one in Ijimetaihodo Aishiteru.

This manga is not literally about a Priest getting corrupted and losing his faith or abandoning his religion but is yaoi and has a priest (and a demon 😛 ). It's a nice oneshot her name is Akuma no Himitsu and has a sequel Akumatachi no Himitsu (another oneshot).
Sorry but I'dont remenber more yaoi or shonen-ai manga with priest even thought that exist very... 😀
Why protect them? Why miss them? Why love them?

Kamisama no Ude no Naka de would be one. It's not the central focus, but the series (oneshots?) is anchored in a setting at a Catholic boys school and it has plenty of page time. And the priest doesn't abandon his religion, he just leaves the school when his "relationship" with a student gets to be too much.
And Vassalord, sort of? But he doesn't abandon his religion either. He's still really passionate about it, but he works with a vampire he drags along to feed his blood habit.
I dig in my heels.
