Im looking for a shonen/seinen romance manga where the main character get's cheated on by the main female lead i already know: kimi no iru machi, hetakoi, i"s (didn't see any cheating on this tough), ciguatera,Rec, usotsuki paradox, nozoki ana,white album, chisa x pon.. so if you could recommend me anything ill be grateful please NO shoujo josei or hentai 😔 . the more heartcrushing the better. 😀 thank you.

It seems to me that you are looking for "heartcrushing" manga, not "cheating girlfriend manga". The problem with your request is that you are specifically asking for a manga where the protagonists are already a couple, and the female leads cheats on the MC but generally shounen/seinen mangas where the two of them are already a couple are rare, for example the title you gave us, I''s, ends when the two of them finally become an official couple.
I think that what you want are mangas aimed at males that make you "rage" so to speak or have NTR tropes, like Good Ending, Yuutai Nova and Ginen Shounen, right? I think you need to be a little more specific, since some of your examples kind of contradict the request that the characters must be in a official relationship when the "cheating" occurs.

mmh i mentioned i"s because people tend to say the name of this manga when you ask for recommendations about cheating just because a iori misunderstanding with some dude in an apartment mmh yes im asking for a rage manga but i wanted to know if there's anything out there like what im asking for just mentioned some of tose because they're the most common mentioned mangas when you ask for shonen romance with cheating lol the relationship is not necessary but it would be great if they're already on one i dont think i can be more specific so i appreciate the feedback thanks.
