Reading those "i reincarnated as the villainess/a character in a book/video game/etc" manwha is my favourite mindless passtime and I'm looking for suggestions. I usually don't read ongoing series though, so I'm trying to find completed ones!

I'm only interested in series that are either completely translated, OR are completed in their native language with translations in progress. Would appreciate any suggestions you might have!

For example, so far I've read:
The Reason Why Raeliana Ended up at the Duke's Mansion

If you don't mind manga I recommend Jishou Akuyaku Reijou na Konyakusha no Kansatsu Kiroku which is one of my favourites.
It's also told from ML's perspective which is refreshing.

And yeah, I have the same problem, kinda wish you could exclude oneshots from your search. But also an issue is that manwhas (or rather the webnovels they're based on) are so freaking long and I'm wondering if some will ever end

Shadow Queen has already finished and been completely translated, the only issue is that it finished bc the contract with the artist ended, not because it has actually covered the entire story (of the og novel).
The Evil Lady Will Change has already finished in its native language while the English tl is still ongoing.

And manga that fit your criteria:
Akuyaku Reijo nano de Last Boss wo Kattemimashita has already finished. Didn’t cover the entire story (LN still ongoing and a lot longer).
I Became a Villain Daughter, Tensei Shite Yandere Kouryaku Yaishou Chara to Shujuu Kankei ni Natta Kekka and Koukando ga Agaranai are all finished and completely tl-ed.

Beware of the Villainess (main story completed)
Cat's Bride (isekai, but not isekaied into novel world or something, in case you're interested)
As You Wish, Prince
Empress of Another World (isekai, not isekaied into novel world or something similar again, but maybe you're interested)
The Maid and The Vampire (same case as the previous one)

I tried my best to remember, but i'm pretty sure i missed many other titles.

Akuyaku Reijo nano de Last Boss wo Kattemimashita, the manga is complete and adapts the first volume of the LN, which is also worth reading.

Happy with these types of manga too, probably should have specified that. I have read both Akuyaku Reijo nano de Last Boss wo Kattemimashita and Jishou Akuyaku Reijou na Konyakusha no Kansatsu Kiroku, really enjoyed both!
