Dear Friend,
if u see http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=89, in Status in Country of Origin section
u will see that rurouni kenshin have two set of volume, it'ss 28 Tankoubon Volumes (Complete) while the other one is 22 Kanzenban Volumes (Complete) .
can u tell me what is the meaning of this ? is it means that RK have 2 set of volumes with different story ? 😕 😕 😕
Thankz ...
Nop, it's the same story, the format is different. According to wiki, Kanzenban is some kind of special release. While some stuff might change (covers, paper quality, number of pages per volume) it's still the same thing.

Kazenenban has higher quality paper has the colored pages the standard volumes colored pages are in black and white.
The original creator also draws new covers for each volume.
They only have slightly more pages though.
The size of the books are also much bigger like a magazine instead of a regular sized paperback.
Basically they are nicer versions of the series to own for fans of the series.
A kazenenban also costs more like around 1000 yen($12.20) while standard volumes were around 400 yen ($4.88)

Kanzenban = collector's edition
Tankoubon = normal edition
Kanzenban is released after everything is completed, it will be nicer, prettier, more expensive, and they probably only do these for titles they're sure will sell.
