I loved Mitsu x Mitsu Drops ( I know a lot of readers found it frustrating but its a guilty pleasure lol) Anyways can I get some recommendations please. I've read a lot of manga so I'm not going to list anything that i have already read. Any and all suggestions similar to this manage would be highly appreciated.

Desire Complex (can't hyperlink for some reason)
Almost anything by AIHARA Miki if you haven't read her stuff...this will push your buttons and dare you to quit (i know I did)
Despite this being popularly upheld, this manhwa by Wann, I consider 100% Perfect Girl as fitting in your description.
For the most part Harlequin josei manga adaptations also fit into that category I think.

If you haven't read these, they'll keep you busy but if you have I'm not surprised. These were pretty popular but this type of story was never my cup of tea.

edit to fix the hyperlinks

You mean Desire Climax right? I don't like Mitsu x Mitsu Drops personally, but Desire Climax was my guilty pleasure and Aihara Miki works too.

Maybe Watashi no Megane-kun? Boku wa Imouto ni Koi o Suru? Bokura no Koi wa Shi ni Itaru Yamai no You de? Tsumi ni Nureta Futari? They're all smut and can be very crazy, dramatic and frustrating at the same time.

Also the Mitsu's author MINAMI Kanan has obviously similar works, I especially liked Shiiku Hime. Amd don't forget Shinjo Mayu 😀

Lol yes~

And definitely agree that Shinjo Mayu is one (I knew it was Shinjo something)
Also Minami Kanan totally. Isn't that the same author as Honey xHoney drops? or is it just similar art...
But I don't agree on Kitagawa Miyuki which is the author of Tsumi ni Nureta Futari. Yes it is dramatic and frustrating but I found it to be an ok story. It didn't rub me the wrong way like Aihara Miki's mangas do....
