1. has a split personality
2. has two souls residing in one body
3. has a strong power that he tries to hide
4. can be triggered into someone more powerful

Please please please don't send me a link to the mangas with tags like 'disassociation identify disorder'
'multiple personality' 'alter ego' because I've tried all of these an I'm desperate for more! And it'll be nice if its lesser than 30 chapters!

Maybe Hakkenden - Touhou Hakken Ibun. The mc

is strong and shares his body with a demon blade.

In a different genre, there is Hikaru no go (manga about... go.) where the mc is

possessed by a go-playing ghost. But he's not strong from the start ! the ghost is.

mc is a male reincarnation of a princess and can remember all the stuff that happened to the princess as well as himself

Not the main mc, but an mc has an evil beast in his body

May or may not have a split personality or the abillity to see the devil or something cos it's unfinished so these issues are unresolved, good until that point though

It's not the mc, but he has a mysterious power not yet realised, whereas there's others in it that have oni and they converse with them and stuff, its a bit like blue dragon by making a pact and stuff

the boy mc of the girl/boy duo has a mysterious power that's activated when holding a weapon and his personality does a 180 so its like a split personality

Kagerou nostalgia-

reincarnation with previous life memories

has a bunch of trolls on forums talking to him through an immovable ear piece and commenting on everything he does
