So I'm searching for a manga that has hot guys (bec i've started to re-read some manga like skip beat and i just can't help it). My preference in 'hot guys' are like the one in skip beat, keishichou tokuhanka 007 etc.

But all in all, I'm more of the person who would go towards a good story plot with a rational amount of drama (little would be better), and WITH FEMALE HEROINE THAT'S NOT CRYING ALL THE TIME. I prefer the heroine to be someone capable, maybe strong, if there's a manga that actually has a sexy and charismatic heroine in shoujo manga with all the bishis exist then please recommend me some.

I've read thousands of manga so i'm only gonna list the mangas that i've read and only what i think it's good (what i can remember).

kainushi wa akuma (i love the context of a guy coolly tease the girl so, i love the mangaka taste)

QQ sweeper (licensed, so i couldnt get more, but it's weirdly funny with a metaphor-wise)

akatsuki no yona (a fan)
nabi (manhwa, despite all the drama it's actually good, it did a great job with mood setting)
felluah/pellua (manhwa, i love this, probably the most acceptable arrange-marriage life story)
reimei no arcana
oresama teacher (idk if i could say it's romance thou)
okobore hime to entaku no shishi (for once a manga that talks of a girl as a wise ruler)
love game (it's an ok manga)
otoyomegatari (i haven't finished yet, but damn the art work in that manga)

vampire knight (not gonna lie, it has a fair amount of goodies)

kurobara alice (strangely, i can't help but love the rare good horror shoujo, even if i sometimes find the female heroine to be annoying)

i think that's all i can recall, i'm pretty sure i've read something good few weeks ago, but oh well.

Your request is a bit general, so my suggestions are a somewhat random.

Warau Kanoko-sama (completed) + sequel Koi dano Ai dano (ongoing) - The prequel is episodic while the sequel has an overall plot and the romance more ramped up. Plain (in a cute way), yet witty heroine. I also like how the male love interest(s) falls in love with her personality rather than appearance.

Lan Chi (ongoing) - Beautiful art. Unconventional heroine.

Winter Woods (ongoing) - Male lead is just too adorable to not recommend. Mild horror warning.

Otokonoko ni Toriko (oneshot) - An experienced (in relationships) heroine.

American Ghost Jack (ongoing) - Horror warning. Likable heroine and a very mysterious male lead.

Mekakushi no Kuni (completed) - Love this author.

Seimaden (completed) - Heroine starts out very strong, though she fades a little bit as she gets overshadowed by the male lead. Mild BL content as a subplot in a couple of the chapters.

Maybes:

Watashi ga Motete Dousu n da (ongoing) - A parody on reverse harems. Don't take this manga too seriously.

Dorothy wa Gokigen Naname? (ongoing) - The plot is pretty weird and goes off the hook sometimes, but the heroine is very arrogant and does what she wants. I think she might qualify for a "harem-seeking protagonist" tag.

Mizutama Honey Boy (ongoing) - Feminine boy x Masculine girl (she pretty and not in a "male character in a skirt" way). I think this series should have stopped at volume 2, but it's very cute. All characters are likable.

Brothers Conflict feat. Natsume (completed) + Brothers Conflict feat. Tsubaki & Azusa (ongoing) - These are based on an otome game, so there may be some gaps in development, but I found it enjoyable. Personally, I like the latter one because I'm a sucker for love triangles with twin brothers

Juuza Engi - Engetsu Sangokuden (ongoing) - Another one based on an otome game. Lots of bishies. Heroine seems pretty strong so far too.

Knight Fantastic Night (ongoing) - If you can get over the choppy plot, it's a fun read with lots of bishies. The heroine does get less annoying as the story progresses.

Vampire Sphere (ongoing) - A sensual story? Also suffers from some choppiness in story telling, but it's surprisingly dark at times. There is more than one lead heroine in this series.

They all have a good plot well i hope its to your liking some of them are gender bend, if you don't mind them its fine i guess.... Either way they're all cheesy. Most of them are still ongoing
