Ok.. so I'm looking for a SHOUJO where the guy is tall and the girl looks like a kid...
I already read Hiyokoi, Sweet Black and Pearl Pink...
so no need to recommend it...
I'm looking for a story where the ART IS REALLY GOOD... like the stated 3 manga above...
and the status should be COMPLETED (not an ongoing series)

ETA: Oops, no, she looks her age. Hmmm.....Shiawase Kissa Sanchoume is certainly what you're looking for, but apart from that--maybe some of Emura's work? Some of her girls look pretty childish.

You can try Ane-Mone Seikaten from the same artist as Special A, only a oneshot though. The female characters of both Oyayubi Kara Romance and Oresama Teacher are shorter than the male leads, other mangas that come to mind are Moe Kare!!, Ibara no Ou and Veins. For the ultimate short girl and tall guy romance have you read Midori no Hibi? 🤣 Forgot Nil no Koi☆Mahoujin

Love Monster - Tiny girl, but really developed. Meh. It has short girl tall guy, but I didn't really like it.
