so i want a manga where the protagonist is constantly bullied for whatever reason and i want the manga to have a good deal of romance in it also. The bully can be the love interest also but not required.

Something like Onani master kurosawa or the new manga Accel World

Eh, I could say Zero no Tsukaima, but it isnt necessarily bullying as it is the main female lead gets really jealous (tsundere)... theres also Onidere, same premise, except I would say more yandere-ish and not really harem-ish (i like adding -ish xD) Ill check for more xD

Edit: I can only think of Harem's with tsundere's, and there usually comedies, I read the Onani one, but couldnt stick with it, so these may not be up your alley, sorry!

Swweeet has the theme, but it's not like Onani master kurosawa. It's more angst and romance isn't the whole story.

Zero In and The Breaker have the protagonist being bullied for a bit in the beginning of the series.

I'm not sure (as I am not the creator of this topic) but I think that it has to be something a little more serious. I've read and liked both mangas given as example and they're both serious when it comes to bullying. Something a little darker maybe but that ends up showing romance features...

[off-topic] - Suzuka is your favourite manga? I haven't read it yet but I love Kimi no iru machi from the same author. I just haven't read Suzuka yet because it looked little too much sport-centered and slower than KNIM but I may be wrong as I only read chapter 1... Even more off-topic: Kimi is definitly going through a bad phase right now...
