I forgot the name of the manga but I think the main characters are both in high school.

The boy's really popular and is often recruited by agents to ask him if he wants to be a model. He hates women (doesn't trust them) but spends almost every night sleeping with one, and he's used to stealing his friends' girlfriends (I think he accidentally stole his best friend's?). He's being raised by his father (who turns out to not be his biological father, just someone his mother married) and doesn't care much for his mother. When he drinks, he'll have sex with just about any woman (and he turns very nice).

As for the girl, I think her name has the word 'Sakura' in it, last name or first I'm not really sure. She has violent tendencies, is a good-ish girl, and has long black hair. She despises the boy at first, reacting explosively to the news when her mother tentatively says that she's going to marry the boy's father. Later on, she accepts it when she realizes the father is a decent guy and to ultimately makes her mother happy. But she wants to hide the secret that the boy and herself are step-siblings. Slowly over time and other adventures, as she gets to know the boy and understand his past, and falls in love with him. She wants to hide the fact desperately because she is afraid that he will despise her once he finds out. But she can't resist temptation and one night when he's drunk after finding out that his mother might be dead due to a plane crash, she sleeps with him. She tries to act normal after, and tells him to forget the incident ever happened. But the boy is a little suspicious now. The girl tries to make him jealous by pretending that someone she previously admired (in previous chapters before she fell in love with her stepbrother) was her boyfriend. My memory gets a little hazy after that, but finally, she gets found out and then the boy and girl "get together" in a sense because of their realized feelings for each other...
