Sibling Complex?!

Hey! I'm looking for a manga that has some sort of sibling complex. An example I could give is Sugar Family where the girl's older stepbrother has a sister complex. And it's fine if they aren't related. And it's fine if it's just a nice sibling relationship, like Meine Liebe or Kimi ja Nakya Dame Nanda (by the way, I've read those two too.)

Koukou debut
The main guy has a sister, who has a brother complex. Overall it's a really good romance manga with a female lead and you can definitely find funny parts too.

Maybe GuruGuru Meguru, Aniki wa Tsunayoshi!, Yasuko to Kenji, Sonnan ja nee yo or Toxic (without any romance, but in my eyes worth a look) will suit your taste? ^^

hm...I advise you Yasuko to Kenji. it's really weird sibling complex. the brother is a mangaka and he has a little sister. he is very persistent to protect her from everything, but the girl is a tough one, so they have a lot of interesting and funny arguments. 🙂
are you into BL or do you hate it? if you give it a try, I suggest Love Stage!!.
do you mind smut? Eden no Hana I haven't read it yet, but it seems good. complicated family drama.
it may freak you out, but you should give it a try. Bokura no Koi wa Shi ni Itaru Yamai no You de the male lead has a brother complex and tease his girlfriend very much.

Please Save My Earth has a brother who's protective of his sister.
Hanshin is a fascinating story about two conjoined twins.
Yokohama Monogatari is about two girls of the same age who are raised in the same home and are as close as sisters.
Touch and its sequel Mix are about twin brothers (in Touch) and step brothers (in Mix).
