Does Kinu (ghost girl) still love Yokoshima after getting back her body? What becomes of her at the end?
Do they still remain as an exorcising agency?

it is not shown directly at the end of the manga what will happen to them (the name of the last chapter is called "final report - GS forever!!"), but there is one arc where yokoshima from the future visits the present yokoshima, telling him that he will be marrying mikami

the relationship between yokoshima-mikami-okinu will always stay as a love triangle though, after being revived, okinu even confesses her love to yokoshima
