If I'm not mistaken, it's from Interval. It's reaaaaaaally good. And the art is nice as well. I totally enjoyed it^^
Oh and yeah, I have NEVER read a yaoi that fits that description lol maybe... Triangle Love in Goshujinsama to Wanko (it's chapter 7) buuuut then again not really... at all. (to quote chiaci)

But I don't know any yaoi that fit in that NTR
Maybe in bara there are more changes of finding something like this, because yaoi always have love and all that and this NTR sound like more hot...
Maybe chapter 6-8 of Yoiko no Sumu Machi also he doesn't steal anyone's lover.

Maybe Mukizu ja Irarenee? Not quite sure if it what you're searching for but it sure have some jealousy-feeling and a really troubled love triangle drama. It takes a while until the other lover finds out his lover is cheating though but still... a good read.
