Basically, I'm looking for a manga where the main character dies in an unfortunate accident in the beginning, then revives right after. Basically its like Return. No shounen ai, yaoi, or yuri please.

Its no shounen ai, not no shounen. Shounen Ai is two male main characters I think. Shounen is still allowed 😛

Well OP asks for no shounen ai which is different I'm pretty sure.
If that's the case, I don't really have anything like Return but there is:
Yu Yu Hakusho - Where the main character dies from an accident.
Kore wa Zombie desu ka? - The main character is murdered.
I would say the first is more shounen than comedy, and the second is vice versa.
