Dr. Stone is pretty much exactly what you're looking for. After some introductory chapters focusing more on the energetic character, the story switches to Senku as the MC. From there it's all about how he slowly starts to bring back modern day tech in a stone world setting with his extensive knowledge of chemistry, engineering, etc.
