Third Hayate no Gotoku! because it's awesome (what can I say, I love nonsense comedy).
Technically Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu, although the guy is only poor by comparison and that's not a major conflict.
If you don't mind yuri instead of a heterosexual relationship, I suppose parts of Maria-sama ga Miteru wouldn't be too far off either.
I'm sure there are tons of harems with a rich girl as a side character, but I can't think of any at the moment (except for maybe that one girl's arc in Kami no Mizo Shiru Sekai.)

I forgot Ai Yori Aoshi earlier. The guy is only poor during the beginning of the storyline though, he used to be rich, so it may be slightly off of what you're looking for.
