I seriously reccomend Tokyo Crazy Paradise it's by the managka of Skip Beat!
oresama teacher is a brilliant spoof of shoujo manga (Otomen Style) and very cute.
In Love in the mask she doesn't start out as a yakuza member, but its hinted that she's working for a shady family and she does join a school gang. i'm a little behind but i think in the scans she's actually joining the yakuza now.

This two were like similar...because the female leads left their BANCHOU position from their past..and trying to lead a normal lady-like High School Life.
Another is Apple! She is a daughter of a Yakuza, but she wants to hold an apple tart shop..weird enough, but real good.
