Yes, a muscular/muscled woman! Must be the main female lead or one of the main female leads. NOT just a brief cameo or minor character!

By "muscular," I mean that she should have noticeable muscle tone, to the degree that her muscles appear well-cut and clearly defined - e.g. you can see that the shape of her trapezius muscle is distinct from her biceps, etc. Her muscular build doesn't have to be bulging, but should at least be noticeable. Like, one of the first things you notice about the character is: "Whoa, she's well-built/muscled for a female character." (Because let's face it, most female manga characters are not muscular. Lol!)

Examples of manga women who are muscular: Balsa from Guardian of the Sacred Spirit (very sturdy and well-muscled, yet also an incredibly graceful woman - I love her!); several (if not all) of the main characters from Claymore; Major Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell (the anime, at least - haven't yet read the manga); Casca from Berserk (I think - it's been a while since I've seen her so I can't be sure).

Examples of real-life women who are subtly but definitely muscular (for reference's sake as well as eye-candy!): a random athlete, a female boxer, another boxer, yet another boxer, a female triathlete, a female athlete training, a wrestler/pro-fighter, another pro-fighter, a female kickboxer, another kickboxer.

Examples of real-life women who are heavily muscular: a female body-builder, and another one.

Either of those kinds of physique are okay - definitely not anything less muscled than that!

Any genre except hentai is okay for this thread, since muscular women are so hard to find.
