I've only come across a few examples. Such as 'happy cafe', 'koi dano ai dano' , 'pheromone syndrome(excuse the spelling) and the like. I would prefer the kind of story line where the girl is completely clueless about love. I would prefer the guy to have fallen in love first and be extremely protective and touchy, for him to try be around her at all times. I appreciate those really slow pacing moments with lots of 'aww!' moments. Thank you, appreciate any suggestions. 😀

Last Game until perhaps midway when the girl recognizes that she likes the boy, but because both are afraid of rejection they don't reveal their feelings until the end. The boy fell in love with the girl for 10 years before she notices. Definitely sweet and slow pace.

Shinobi Shijuusou - Not sure if girl is dense, but she doesn't want to have anything to do with the male lead at first. Male lead is EXTREMELY clingy 😀

I'll try not to repeat any of the manga titles the posters above me have already mentioned. Okay, so:

Beauty Pop, Tokyo Crazy Paradise, Shiawase Kissa Sanchoume, Atashi no Banbi and Hana Kimi sound like they would meet your requests. I'm also reminded of Scarlet Palace to some extent as well, although the girl is slightly less dense than you'd probably prefer. In Saver, the girl crossdresses, but is also very airheaded in regard to romance. Shinigamihime no Saikon and its novel counterpart Shinigamihime no Saikon (Novel) both feature a naive female lead. Ouji to Majou to Himegimi to is also worth checking out, although the female lead is the 'princely' type. Gakuen Alice might fit, but the two main characters are ten-year-olds for most of the story. Classi9 and SSG are relatively newer manga, but they should meet the requirements as well.

If you're into or okay with light novels there are also Destruction Flag Noble Girl Villainess (Novel) and It Seems Like I Got Reincarnated Into the World of a Yandere Otome Game (Novel). If you're fine with a male protagonist (formerly female), try Watashi, Dokidoki Renai Kakumei de Onii-chan Yattemasu (Novel).
