Ahh ... something I should be able to help with! ... well, I think. I'm a total fanatic for guys with long hair, myself (both in real life and in manga) sigh
The first one I can think of is Mars. It's a 1996 shoujo manga that I was recently lucky enough to acquire - Rei has lovely long blond hair <3
And then there's Orange Chocolate - Ritsu has lovely long dark hair.
Hm ... what else? Oh, right.
In Goong, both main male protagonists have long/longish hair. The art's quite nice, too.
And in V.B. Rose, there are two guys with long hair whom I'm very fond of. Hana Ni Nare! (Smut warning, though), Gokuraku Seishun Hockey Bu (Plenty of long haired hotties), Maerineun Uibakjoong (A web comic. The main guy has AMAZING hair), Skip Beat! (Ren has fairly long hair for a guy), Ingènuo and The One both have long-haired male leads ...
They may not be exactly be what you're looking for as most of the guys in these have really long hair, but I hope I helped. These are mainly my favourites for guys with long hair. Not all the heroines have long hair, though. I think a lot of them have short hair 😔
Another two that have guys with reasonably long hair. I think. Ouran High School Host Club and Heart. I hope I helped! ^^
Edit : I just remembered another one! Damn, I don't know how I could have possibly forgotten it!! >..< Tsuki no Shippo is an amazing manga you MUST check out. And Hanzo has gorgeous hair <3
