I'm looking for mangas... with selfcest? For example: the girl loves herself and one day she meets her himself or something ...

Funny... this same topic was discussed within my own little group. Specifically, it was about how a Chrome/Mukuro pairing (from Reborn) would be classified. We settled on "selfcest" for the obvious reasons, even if technically they ARE different characters.

I was going to suggest okama report too because it pretty much fits your request to the letter, but I didn't because from my pov he makes more progress with the crossdressers at the gay bar than he does with the girl he likes (its not much of a spoiler but..
Its implied that hes forced to give one a bj (through various unforseen circumstances) and perhaps even anal sex.. though I'm not exactly sure if either of those things actually happened in the manga
In general I think its really distasteful to portray transvestites as obsurdly mannish (stubble?). One would think that they'd do whatever possible to appear female and wouldn't overlook something as obvious.

You could try the Kichiku Megane BL game since it's one of few dating games where you actually end up as a pairing with yourself. xD
(since the manga version will mostly likely not have that kinda ending though...)

The game is hilarious with the selfcest, especially in the sequel Kichiku Megane R. If you like visual novels and like the selfcest, I second the game. ^__^ The manga, however, goes not go into selfcest, much to the dismay of many a fangirl. But! Spray and Libre are apparently doing what they did for Gakuen Heaven (Higuri Yuu) and releasing manga of several of the storylines, so who knows? Perhaps some MeganexKatsuya selfcest is in our future. ^^;
