Well I'm looking for a Female Boss - Male Subordinate Romance manga/manhwa. I've read multiple Boss-Subordinate Manga, and almost all are male bosses. I'm not sure if female bosses are unpopular in Japan and Korea; but I would like to read a romance between the female boss and male subordinate.

Yakushiji Ryouko no Kaiki Jikenbo or try the anime version (which apparently has it's own story)

If you aren't offended by ecchi/mature material, you may want to check out Virgin na Kankei. I feel it's actually quite well put together.

Not at all, but sadly I already read it. Since I'm new to this site; I haven't add the manga I already read. Virgin na Kankei was a great series.

Koi wa Misoji o Sugite kara ecchi (pretty explicit). And she's not the boss, but she's in a higher position than him in the company.
Kimi wa Seiya ni Uso wo Tsuku oneshot; smut.
Talking About... I don't know if this counts, but one of the couples is a female mangaka and her assistant.
Sapuri I think one half of the love triangle. The woman is not the boss.
Lady Detective maybe? Lizzie is the detective and Edwin is her butler who is also her fiance/lawyer/sidekick.
Model (Miso) Ehrm, maybe?

I'd say Talking about.... one of the protagonists Gang-E is a novelist and likes her assistant.

Just read it, story was kind of weird; looking for more of a office type.
