What chapter does the anime end on

Back when the anime started I had also started reading the manga but stopped because the anime seemed to be following the course of the mange fairly well and it made the anime boring. If it stayed on that course and the mange and anime are relatively close to each other in terms of content does anyone know roughly what chapter matched the last episodes or at what chapter the anime begins to significantly go off the mange course?

I would consider anime ending at ch167.
Though there are few similarities with ch205 and final moments of anime.

I know this might sound like a dick and im not trying to be, but if for some reason Winddancer is wrong (I'm sure he's not), but i've been able to just randomly select a chapter and see if anything is familiar and then go from there, and it's worked well for the most part. lol Just sometimes it's a lot faster if you can't find anything on the Web.

Random? I finished all chapters (up to 209 anyway) yesterday, it's not that hard to go few volumes back.
Ch. 167 is the one which in Saaya confesses to Bossun as in final episode of anime.
Ch. 205 has graduation seremory which is likely hinted in final episode as well.
So how am I randomly selecting chapters

Thanks for the answers. I kinda guessed it jumped around a bit. I was just windering if there was a moment where it takes a giant leap and misses several chapters and continues forward. I know at the beginning it followed the chapters pretty much in order, but I am not sure if it kept doing that or if it started selecting little episodes from the chapters to put in the anime.
