If you dont know how, just click the genre gender bender in the pretty face page or another gender bender manga. Then mark ecchi too and do your search.

Mahoraba (the main guy crossdresses sometimes)
Fudanshism - Fudanshi Shugi
Sekirei (one guy who turned into a woman)

some of my favorites:
-Ranma 1/2 (not ecchi but great gender bender)
-Mai-Otome
-Okitsune-sama de Chu
-Futaba-kun Change!
-Boku no Futatsu no Tsubasa | My Two Wings (one of the best)
All of them are completely scanlated.

You can try akane-chan overdrive for a short, fun read (2 vols). Kanaete Aizen is okay too, it has nice art and story. If you want something longer, check out yubisaki milk tea , but its on hiatus right now 🙁

I second Kämpfer, and add 3.3.7 Byooshi!! to that.

not actually ecchi, the manga did only just started.. but still i recommend it..
i second sekirei.. full of ecchi

No Bra fits the bill, but it might be just a little too genderbender for you.

...I second yuisaki milk tea though it does get a little heavy at times, and no bra is good too but like akari_mizunashi said it might be too much for you...

How about Seijou Kouchakan no Jijou?

It's unfortunately only 1 volume long, but I liked it anyway.

Asuka Hybrid is something I personally recommend. It's got the gender bender thing going on (in two different varieties, no less...), on top of being one of the funniest things I've read in a while, despite only five chapters being out.

And yes, it gets really ecchi really fast, if you were wondering.
