Hello so I've noticed that most shoujos have a dominating male lead or just this super awesome guy who the girl crushes on but I was wondering if there was a manga with a dominating female lead. I'd it like to be shoujo though. I know that those kind of female leads are not common in shoujo but still lol 🤣 She doesn't have to necessarily be obsessive about the guy although that would be nice XD I'd just like her to bother the guy constantly and have the guy not like her or at least not show it until a certain point. I don't want the guy to be a weak person. Also can she be the one who forces the kisses and stuff and then later on the guy can take over I guess. It can also be smut 😀 I find smut fun to read sometimes 8D

Kanojo wa Sore o Gaman Dekinai - has most of what you are looking for, though it's seinen. There is some mature content at some point in the manga, but if you're ok with smut, this shouldn't bother you.

Maybe also Mud (I think it was written by a shoujo artist), though other than the dominating female lead there is little more of what you are looking for.

didn't really get far into it (only watched the first 3 or so episodes of it) but doesn't kaichou wa maid sama fit to a certain degree?

The only manga (and too bad its only oneshot) that comes out of my mind is the 2nd story of Koi wa Tenka no Mawarimono

Kawaii Oresama might fit, as well as Hana wa Knife o Mi ni Matou and Honey Prince first oneshot. Be warned, the second recommendation I have you, is a tad crazy lol, well happy reading.

You might have to go to josei to find this. I recommend the manga of YOSHIHARA Yuki, for this request especially Aisuru Hito, Haa Haa, Itadakimasu, and the collection Ningyo Ouji.

A Delicious Relationship doesn't start out there, but it gets there as the protagonist gives herself permission to go after what she wants.

"Apple!", a story in Goshimei desu!, although the guy is the protagonist.
