Looking for a manga where INFIDELITY (cheating in a romantic relationship) is the main theme or one of the main themes. Not just a brief mention but one of the main topics that the manga deals with, "main" enough that if you wanted to summarize the manga this is a theme you would immediately think of. I do NOT want a manga where it's just a few pages about infidelity; I want something that seriously explores this theme.

I prefer shoujo, josei and BL recommendations, but a good non-harem seinen manga is also acceptable. Prefer a serious story, not a comedy.

Doesn't have to be full-on sex outside the main relationship to count as cheating; as far as I'm concerned even kissing or having romantic feelings for someone else other than one's committed partner is cheating.

It's by Takaguchi Satosumi! 🙂 I am dying to know how the story ends. I only have volume 1-3. 😢 So much UST and cheating going on in the story, the drama is crazy. There is even a male character with transgendered issues in it.
