And now, everything concerning hurt&comfort things DEFINITELY suit my tastes, I just can't help it.
In particular when there is sick or injuried character to tenderly take care of.
So I'm looking for a lot of BL manga in which there are things dealing with h/c :3
Flu, wounds, rape injuries, asthma, resurrection, medication time...everything! I know it's a cliquè, but I do really like it <3
It doesn't really count if it's humorous (like a character terrified/embarassed of shots/suppositories |D) or angsty things, if it's just one single scene in a long manga about everything else or it's the main theme of it, ect. It doesn't count at all.
I prefer romance plots, but I'm also open to other things; I don't have any limits, so every suggestions are hightly appreciate! |D

Oh, and if you don't mind hard bdsm, every exceedingly painful chapter of Hoshi no Yakata ends with a very nice comfort scene. It's a nice series. ^^

Grant My Wish - emotionally and physically scarred yakuza guy finds comfort with a pianist.
Light and Shadow - a man grieving over his lover's death finds himself being courted (and comforted) by his lover's son...
Ze - it's complicated but almost every couple has h/c.
Konoyo Ibun - spiritual h/c, literally a demon that "heals" his master from evil spirits that make his body sick... Of course they shag during the healing process. Lol.
I'm Aware of Love at Night - butler often "comforts" his master after bad experiences/events.
Koukyuu no Arika - traumatized dog breeder is comforted by his employer. 😀
Wild Adapter - never explicit, but definitely h/c.
A Cruel God Reigns - abused boy is comforted by the son of his abusive stepfather...

Nemureru Kimi No Barairo No Kuchibiru, it's been a long time since I read this one, but one of the storys is about a boy that was trained by his teacher that after left him and the boy that loves him and always wants to protect him, maybe it's not exactly what you're looking for but it's very nice, you should try.
