Lol yeah. So the uke's always the one saying, "No! No!" right? Well for a change, I'd like a seme that resists the uke's sexual advances/interest. Not just for an it's-not-good-for-you kind of reason (like an older seme thinking he wants to protect his young uke by holding back), but because the seme's seriously, genuinely freaked out by it... That's right, a seme freaked out by the sex. For once!

Examples:

Yume Musubi Koi Musubi - showing signs of eventually becoming a it's-not-good-for-you thing, but initially is plain and simple seme freak-out 😀

Dakenai Jikan - the last one-shot is HILARIOUS, the seme has to be tied down and forced... (not in a cruel way though, I mean - it's hard to explain, but it's not rape, it's comedy)

Honjou Rie - I've heard she has a story or two like this, but I'm not sure - could someone clarify which ones?

I don't normally read smut but I keep coming across resisting ukes even in non-smutty stories, so I'm so sick of it that I'll even venture into hardcore smut to discover a resisting seme. Obviously doesn't have to be hardcore smut, lol - but I'm open to it, just wanted to say that in case someone went by any previous statements that I don't like smut.

Please recommend!

You might want to try Reverse too. Most of the mangaka's series have ukes that are much more straightforward than the semes in the physical aspect of their relationship. Might be what you're looking for~ ;3

Are you okay with an established couple? Meaning that they have been together and have a sex life, but the seme is like "I don't want to have sex now!!" while the uke is pushy? Because if so then the main couple(introduced in chapter 3, i think..) from Double call is becomes like that later(It's a 11 volume manga so it takes a bit of time though).

This isn't really a romance at all(The main character is a serisouly masichistic homosexual boy but the main theme is about a friendship), but the one who would have been seme is a little creeped out by the main character's masochistic sex life. Either way it's one of the best one-shots I have ever read; Tadayoedo Shizumazu, Saredo Naki mo Sezu

Of course, the thread I made asked for the main character to be the seme, but what I generally want is for the "woman" in the relationship to be dominating. Since I am a woman that dominates in my relationships, and therefore I find the dominant characters much more relatable.
