So like the title says i want a romance anime/manga where the male lead either confesses or tries to confess to the girl he likes but she ignores / rejects him, but falls in love with him/ realizes shes loves him later on when he has already moved one. Shounen/seinen only

Toradora! may fit your description. Its a romance manga as well as an anime. The male lead doesn't confess to the female lead but his friend did and was rejected by her, but she then has feelings for him(the friend), and asks the male lead for his help. It fits your description mostly but anymore would be spoilers.
