Any manga with a guy who is jealous and possessive when it comes to the one he loves? Can be boy/girl or yaoi/ shounen ai
On a side note (this doesn't have to interfere with above recommendation): I especially like if the guy is really evil but ends up falling in love and has a soft spot for that person- like the villain in Threads of Time and the main guy in Hot Gimmick- I want this guy to be jealous and possessive as well- thanks!

The Magic Touch; not extreme possessive-ness but definetly there, and the guy is one of those distant/kinda mean guy with a soft spot for only the girl. :3

Aishite Kudasai, Sensei Loves his female teacher so much, he will do anything in his power to keep her comming back to him, even to the point of insanity. Smut warning.
Tokyo Mew Mew This obsessive/possessiveness shows up more in the anime, then the manga, but their are still some traces. The lead main villan (Kish) loves the main girl (Ichigo) so much, he will kill her if she will not be "his".
Ai wo Utau Yori Ore ni Oborero! Loves Mizuki so much, Akira will do anything to keep her, and protect her...even if he has to use his most feminine power? Smut warning, with the male Akira having a very sexy dark side.
Sensei no Okiniiri! and sequel Zoku Sensei no Okiniiri! Teacher/Student, Smut warning, and rape.... But it's still really sexy nosebleeds
Boku wa Imouto ni Koiwosuru Contains twincest. Interesting concepts of two twins who share a room. The brother, whuch loves his twin sister, has to hold back even though he loves her and wants to touch her more then he can stand. What will be his breaking point? (Note: I've really only seen the anime to this but it's on the more full blown obssesion side)
