I'm looking for manga(or anime) that have lot characters as big family or siblings/brothers!
And when i say Big or Lots doesn't mean really Large or So many!
More like parents with three children. Or parent(s) with two children and cousin(s). Plus2 with friends who have siblings too and the care to each other or something.

And non-romance/love story manga...
But One-side love story can be mentioned or someone who have crush...
At least the romance/love story is not the important/necessary plot...
But i really need the Gen one!

Like Family Complex and Kokoro ni Hana o!!

Family/Siblings that care to each others...

(A bit having Love Polygon is okay i guess...)

And not have to be blood related...

or Family-like... which they almost always together for hang out or go out... and they to each others so much like family...

But not like Oniichan to Issho because that's more like Harem and there's romance there...

Or maybe doesn't have to be Big or Lot. It can be family with 3 children/siblings. With some interaction friendship like Hinatama.

Or maybe like Gakuen Babysitters which the very protagonist is just two kids teen-toddler brotherhood with so many others toddlers and friends for teens. With so much family feels.

Or like Father-Son/Daughter like Papa to Arukou.

For the better... i do read Humor. But not really with Gag or Non-sense/weird Humor. I like normal (and refreshing) Humor. So i'm not looking manga like Yamada Tarou Monogatari. (Though i can read that manga if i didn't for manga with Family theme. And the romance still too much there!)

Ties of Compassion -once they all get to know each other they are all like a big family, this one has very little subtle romance in it but it focuses more on friend relationships and comedy

Legend of the Sun Knight -this one has a supernatural part to it, but its about all twelve knights and the problems they have, and once it introduces all of them they have a pretty close relationship. no romance in this one

Gakuen Alice -again not blood related just a bunch of friends that are really close with just a little bit of romance in it. though this one takes awhile to really feel like a family

I do know Ties of Compassion and Gakuen Alice. But they more friendship than real family-like... and the romance just too much/strong for something that i search. 🙁

Ahh what was that one name... I'll go see if I can find it later. About this poor guy, a prince at school, but with a useless mom and dozens of siblings at home, which is no more than a shed about to fall apart. His mom buys all these useless stuff while he desperately tries to earn money.

D.Gray-man? They do call themselves family for all that's worth.

And um... um...

Lemme think...

D.Gray-man ...

Does the first story you mentioned is like the story i mentioned?
Because what i mean is not they have a lot siblings and that's but. But more like the characters is love and care to each others. Kinda like Multi protagonist too... Not just from one point view to one person.

D.Gray-man? hmmm... i dunno... It's already on my reading list for long time. But i'm not sure i would read that as family/sibling theme...
And the category on the story doesn't look like what i search... hmmm

I seriously don't know. Been such a long time since I last read it. What's left of my memory tells me it's really, really annoying. Well, at least for me, who can't take comedies too well. He loves his family, but as far as multi protagonists go... it MIGHT fit?

Exactly. They say family... but I honestly wouldn't read it for family theme. Closer to being just friends. But well, that's what they say, so I put it up there. Though, if that's what you're looking for, eliminates quite a few mangas from my list. There's a few manhuas that have "large" families, but definitely not the sweet and fuzzy kind. Closer to one that would poison you when you're not looking lol. Just finished Samurai Deeper Kyo, and that one's a large, large family too. Might fit a bit better than D.Gray-man, but again, not all fuzz. What else would you expect from a shounen action like that anyways?

How many members does your "large" family include? I mean, how large until it's considered large enough to fit?

BTW, Imma second LotSK. Have to say, that's the one that fits best.

EDIT: THERE! Someone said the name for me! Yamada Tarou Monogatari. Well, I'm gonna go refresh my memory lol.

No... better not to much action if the action the important one.
If i want Shounen Action with some family-like feels that not all fuzz but still good at the family part (with friendship), it's like reading/watching One Piece (or a bit in NARUTO)... 😐 and I LOVE One Piece! But that's not what i search...

Hotman, has a bit of romance in it but isn't really the core of the story. Big family with the eldest brother looking after everyone.

Oh, sorry! Looks like I misread your original post.
Well, I have some more recommendations that might fit better:
Yoningurashi family of four.
My Girl (SAHARA Mizu) father and daughter.
Yajirobee daughter and stepfather
The Children's Teacher, Mr. Kwon? Maybe?
Boku Wa Ne
