I read this years ago so I don't recall many details.

MC is a dude who gets trapped in a sort of dating sim. He has targets but romancing them isn't really the 'goal'. Gaining their affinity will help him win and he's told that if he raises the affinity high enough, he can take the girls with him when he beats the game.

The kicker is that most 'routes' are dangerous. He has a quick save ability which saves him in most situations but quite a few people die. He realizes that this isn't a hentai power fantasy after he tries to assault the first target and he gets arrested. He uses the quick save and tries observing her, I think discovering that she gets attacked the same day

His main 'targets' is a super rich heiress who sorta helps him as he tries to save both himself and his targets. She treats him like a pet and he treats her like an annoying partner he can't get rid of. The second chick is a big breasted swordswoman with major self esteem issues. As such, even the most tame compliment will have her simping. She adores him (though she may have killed him at least twice at some point). He was warned by the system to be careful and raise a girls affinity too high, which I assume was because of her.
