This is a fairly new manga that's probably publishes 2-3 years ago.
Story about a world where these ink like sea monsters that's not visible to humans appear every night. In each village
lives a white hair chosen one with powers to fight these monsters. They stop aging and fight these monsters tirelessly every night and only until they die roughly young and then be replaced by another. They're revered yet feared by the village. One black girl village boy ended up befriending a chosen one from his village. Through the boy's love this chosen started aging and grew past the usual dying age that most other chosen one do.
The manga is on going, and there was a short anime trailer made to promote the manga.
