Basically im looking for a manga where the girl cheats/rejects/dumps the male protagonist for some other guy, but later regrets it and wants to be back the with male protagonist.

Example scenario: The girl rejects the male protagonist who likes here and instead goes out with another guy (usually a jerk) but later she regrets it.

Example scenario: The girl is cheating ln the guy and gets caught. Girl says sorry etc that its over with the male protagonist but later she realises she made a huge mistake and wants to be back with the male protagonist.

Example scenario: The girl dumps male protagonist for some other guy but realises the guy was a jerk and wants to be back with male protagonist.

You get the idea... Ive read loads of Mangas so give me all suggestions, and dont recommend me Myanimelist links, i want names

Nozoki Ana

second Nozoki Ana and you might want to look in to the Netorare, catagory it is primarily about the main protagonist losing his loved one to another man it is ero-manga/doujinshi that you find that catagoryprimarily

Nozoki Ana isn't really what he's looking for at all. Kotobiki is only in the earlier chapters, and the regret she feels later on is only mild and ineffectual.
As for Netorare, the girlfriends definitely treat the protags like chumps but they never regret their actions. Again, not what he's looking for.

Ive seen nozoki ana, thanks for the suggest though, looking for something more like when the girl leaves the male (like goes far away/abroad) after rejecting/dumping the guy but really wants him back afterwards.

(seen kimi no iru machi, i hate Eba she makes me rage)

I am willing to bet you've already read it, but Ichigo 100% kind of has that situation. Also Smash! if you don't mind sports manga.

there is in gantz, well the mc used to like a girl but she went out with a guy that bullied him and anyway you can tell now that she wants his mc's dick so bad. well anyway it comes in way late and isn't really big in the whole story, and now mc doesnt give a rats ass about her. (she is a very minor character anyway)

Highschool of the Dead has a bit of this.

Haru yo, Koi fits the description pretty nicely. It may say Yuri in the tags, but its rather minimal and for the most part associated with side characters.
