Gangsta.

The January issue of Shinchosha's Monthly Comic @ Bunch magazine announced on Saturday that Kohske's Gangsta. manga is going on hiatus due to the author's poor health. The magazine and official website will provide information when the series is set to resume.
(Manglobe, the studio that animated the series, filed for bankruptcy on September 29.)

Kohske's Gangsta. Resumes on May 20

The official website of Shinchosha's Monthly Comic @ Bunch magazine revealed on Friday that Kohske's Gangsta. manga will resume in the magazine's July issue, which will ship on May 20. Additionally, from May 15-28, all 42 chapters of the manga released so far will be available to read for free on the website.

I don't know why but every once in a while you get around a great manga and for some reason the mangaka gets sick I guess it must be because of the pressure or whatever, but i will wait for this manga for as long as I can wait.

I really hope the mangaka gets better and hopefully the anime and the manga sells a lot so she can get an assistant!!!

Since there are many inquiries, I will introduce myself again. I'm manga artist and have systemic lupus erythematosus. Due to complications, I lost one eye. I also have paralysis in my fingers, disorders in blood vessels and internal organs.

I'm still working, but it's much slower than a typical manga artist, and updates are irregular. This account publishes illustrations drawn as part of rehabilitation. The whole picture of the illustration is available for a fee on "FANBOX"

I prioritize my health over work, so I want you to leave me alone. I'm crazy now to enjoying life with the my little birds.

Yes, hearing her condition with those extraordinarily foreign terms, it's definitely tough. Gangsta may end up having the same fate as many series on hiatus out there with seriously injured authors as well and have to be forced to stop or no news at all, but I really appreciate her decision to take things slowly.
