Asayo Sekimoto becomes a college student and starts living on her own for the first time in her life! However, the handsome and cool blonde student living next door turns out to be an okama! Umenosuke Ichimatsu is the famous heir of a well-respected tea ceremony family, but deep inside he identifies as a woman who goes by the name "Debora". Asayo starts hanging out with him as a "girlfriend"... and then they both fall in love? A super happy Rom-com!

This series contains all of Kaoru Tada's "Debora and Asayo" previously released and compiled in separate volumes between 1987 and 1988, including two new chapters drawn in 1997 to celebrate the release of the live-action movie, although the contents from both differ to each other.
