Whoa, this yaoi actually has a solid story, way better than most other serving of the genre. But I don't know, can't quite put my finger on it, but somehow the art and the story flow didn't live up to the hype. That's too bad, since the artist had some stunning panels, but can't draw people in motion well, and this story deserved a better treatment. The problem is that the manhwa was simply boring, just with a few flashes of interesting moments. The whole multiple personalities angle was so underused I was frustrated, and I don't find the uke to be well developed as a char. The seme was more complex and help my interes for a hot second, but he gets lost if a heavy over-wrung story. This could have been 10 chapters shorter with no great loss to anyone, or more plot points could have been insetred. Seme's past, his fight with his alter ego, his father's dirty deeds... All of this could have been touched upon, but gets pretty much glossed over and buried. Uke's story didn't bring anything new to the table, IMHO something more spicy and unique was needed instead of a paper thin story of a makeshift family - it could have been a touching, emotional fable of a motley crew of people who get together to escape poverty and raise a happy community, but it just somehow ends up a shallow plot point.
Argh, but still, this is a solid effort and has an actually story and not too much of smut, the way I prefer it. Worth reading, although leaves must o be desired!
