The Drainage City; the city that is full sewage. It is inhabited by those who live in the drainpipes.

What the f did I just read? ... I don't even know. I'm pretty tolerant of anything, but this hentai was just too... I don't know.
It's full of cute mini characters beeing fucked by strange ugly creatures in a dirty sewer city and it involves all kind of acts. It's very strange and disturbing I'd say. I've read the other comments about how special and unique and good it was. Special and unique? Indeed. Good? Well... everyone have their taste! I can't decide what is good and what is bad, but it sure was unusual and... I really don't know... Stopped reading after chapter 3. I won't condemn it, but I'm not sure I would recommend it either.
I love his style. He remind me of Happy tree friends. Cute characters (they are not evil. Well, the truth is theie is no one to be call a villain in there - it's likes a small story about a happy small town but this town is not ordinary. That's all), simple plots (very simple if you ask me) and very unique.
Here is my evaluating list
Guro level: Medium (His cute drawing style take out a lot of terrible points)
Porn: Medium-Heavy (compare to many hentai, yaoi, yuri comics that i had read)
For those who would puke after seeing this, that's just because you have weak stomach or inexperienced with horror.
Self-experience: I have a 30 second hard time when i first read it before i demand for more. (perhaps i live in hell for too long that i see this very normal)
This is an incredible ero-guro which transcends the human form and preconceived notions sexual expression. Volume one is from very early in Horihone's career, and the art and story structure is lacking (you can skip this volume entirely as both books are anthologies of unconnected short stories). But in volume two Horihone is at his peak and I would go as far to say it is his masterpiece. There's certainly nothing else quite like it out there.
The style is something you definitely won't see all the time. Some would say that it's pretty grotesque but I find it actually... well sorta like an eye-opener. The concept is bizarre but it has its own perks. I know that a lot of people might find this particular manga offensive, but if you look at things in a different perspective, you'd probably understand why it's good... It's amazing how fickle we are in terms of what is "human" and what's not. Extreme body modification - to the point that some of the characters look like bugs and stuff might gross you out but this is fiction, and... it's definitely something different. I guess I can't begin to sum up how good or bad it is =/
Again, everyone has their own preferences. If you're the type of person that hates anything that has to do with bestiality, aliens, and .-. stuff? well, this isn't for you... but if you take away all of that~ or don't care at all - I guess this is a pretty good sample of h. oh and i agree, demented stuff 😀
I like that manga. Even though it is a extremely grotesque, but manga i should say is mostly cheerful (though somewhere it is tragic).
The stories are quite good especially love stories. But this peace of work will be good only for really open-minded people. But if you don't care if characters sometimes look nothing like a human at all then there should be no problem at all. (When I say non-human I mean worms, caterpillars, something made out of parts of different bodies, people with really strange body modification, birdlike people, fishlike people, buglike people and other strange creatures, mutants and beasts)
While I can understand my fellow reviewer's feelings, I do not share them. I find this to be an excellent piece of hentai fiction with some bizarre and [frankly] plain guro content.
In this work, he brings about an interesting world with weird and kind of likable characters. But then, maybe I'm reading more into it than there is.
I'd lay off this manga unless you can tolerate extremely strange and disgusting things in your hentai. But personally, I'd read it just for the Slug King.
if there is one mangaka i cant bear to read its this guy
ive tried two and i couldn't finish none...at one of them i was about to puke my food...i was feeling it coming up so i stopped cuz i couldn't take it any more
on my journey to see how tolerant i was of very hardcore and extreme manga this is the guy that beat me...i cant read his shit...but i so want to read an interview by him...i dont know y anyone would write and draw this extremely demented stuff
