The story was a straight shooter. No minor flaps or deviations. Things get a bit monotonous with similar action again and again - just switch the babe and repeat.

MC comes to town to attend a school and lives his mother's friend and her young blonde daughter. Blonde has the hots for him, but doesn't say. He loses his virginity to another Mom's friend who is his professor on the day she gets fired from the college. After a few more encounters blonde finds out and they do it. Then the mother gets into action after hearing daughter and MC having all the fun. Then there is a school friend who is inserted to make the story longer. Nothing really happens other than more action and then some more in various combinations. MC takes 3 weeks to live with the professor. Comes back and ends in a harem.

Art is a bit old'ish looking, but decent. Story is vanilla and MC has no development, neither does any other character, actually.

By far at chapter 32, the manwha is really good and extremly funny

Chapter 30-32 were the funniest so far

This manwha does not pull any punches, like how certain manwha try to make plot twists where you know something will happen, theis manwha throws it out the window, and because of that you dont know what will happen and when will it happen, which is fantastic

I love this manwha, it will hold a very dear place in my heart because of its art and wit and lovely character development

But the MC is the traditional "I only have sex in my head" *sshole. And that's the whole plot.
He's becoming more and more insufferable.
