EDIT: I can't figure out how the goddamn spoiler tags work anymore after the updates. This is your spoiler warning.
There's helplessness, there's willful incompetence and then there's whatever the hell these manhwa girls are. There are so, so, so many damsels in distress who needs a man to come and save them in this.
These girls can't rub two brain cells together and form their own gang to get back at their bullies?! There are so many of them that it would be stuuuupidly easy to do so?! If they all got together and jumped their bullies that would definitely send a message.
OBVIOUSLY, do NOT do this in real life but in the pathetic world of school bully fiction there's zero reasons these girls can't do this. No. The author is just incompetent OR they deliberately make it so that the girls are helpless.
Ugh. I don't want to read further because of all the pointless girls in this. I'm on chapter 6 currently and we're already introduced to 5 completely different girls. One of them is the Little Sister but still, not one of them is useful. Not. One.
3 of these girls could be combined into 1 character and we'd get a better story with a tighter plot.
I'll give this until chapter 20 to get better.
That blonde chick who was the antagonist for an unholy 30 chapters gets >! bitch slapped a couple of times !< and that's it?! Are you fucking kidding me?
She was trying to murder not just MC but do really bad shit to his sister.
Look, as a woman, I fully support women's rights. I also fully support women's wrongs. And this piece of shit had to do a lot of wrong things to survive. Sure, understandable. Bullies are almost always victims themselves and so on and so forth. So, I have sympathy for her.
However, NONE of that excuses her very dangerous, lethal behavior. None. She was not adequately punished.
Meanwhile the male characters the MC meets exactly once, who are just hired thugs, often recieves life-changing injuries that'll make them disabled forever. Or dead. Usually dead.
All that complaint aside. I like how psychopathic the MC is. He's aware he's not just an asshole and that there's something really wrong psychologically with himself but he's at least attempting to change for the better. Key word being "attempt".
The action scenes are adequate. I still cannot stand all the pointless, female characters and wished one of the super humans was a woman who's a smart, wary, competent tactician. None have appeared in the 50 chapters I've read so far.
