Plagued by visions of a psychopath after a slaughter in a busy street in downtown Ikebukuro, Madoka must question her own sanity as to whether what she is seeing is actually happening.
4 Volumes (Complete)

Warning to those who are thinking of picking this up: the manga was canceled because of a disagreement between the mangaka and the publishing house. It literally ends with "End of volume 4, part 1".
As for what is there...well, there's tons of gore but it gets boring after a few chapters. The twists aren't that great or surprising; if anything, it feels like a forgettable slasher movie. The blood looks weirdly airbrushed in, and everything becomes monotonous once you realize that there has to be a murder and/or lots of gore squeezed into every chapter. Also, 90% of the art is characters making shocked/horrified faces.
If you're OK with an open-ish ending and just want some gore with a sprinkle of plot, go ahead and read this. It cuts off (heh) at a pretty significant part, which, considering everything else that came before, would've spawned more volumes of plot, and not ended immediately after.
