the humor is as simple as you can get, but paired with the charachter being that enjoyable and the few very good jokes they live through make it a excellent read, I binged it so hard I almost regret not letting myself enjoy it for longer...
And this despite the translation translating kansai accent to texan
ending:

Hit hard af damn, sweetly so, but damn just thinking about it makes me tear up

This is one of the best relaxing series that I've seen. It was cute and funny, with likable quirky characters. It conveyed the feeling of a nice school life full of action, friends and fun. That's how a Slice of life should be for me. Of course there's not much plot, but if I like the characters, that's not bad at all. As I have finished school not too long ago, I also found the end quite moving...

I think Azumanga Daioh is the greatest manga and i love it very much except that it was in 4 koma form but i liked the specials and especially the gradutation part. I reccomend this for anyone who likes slice of life.

at first it was very funny, i was in stitches, but then it became boring and drag and drag, i can barely stand it. i finish this through sheer will power because i dont like half undone manga. all in all, read the first volume and skip the rest because they are same ol' same ol.

This is called Pure Comedy.
I tell you, the characters (and behaviors) Osaka (I even forgot her actual name 😛 ) and Chiyo-chan is permanently etched into my mind 🙂

Yes, the characters make you laugh all the time and never fail at that... and that too without an actual plot XD

Azumanga was the first manga I ever read, and it drew me into the genre immediately. There's nothing here that can be called particularly spellbinding - Azumanga Daioh chronicles the decidedly everyday lives of a group of high-school girls - but there is plenty that can be called funny. Azumanga Daioh makes me laugh. Consistently and whole-heartedly, with jokes that are simple but never resort to lewdness. And that is a lot to be said of any piece of media.

(or 4-koma) I read this after i read Yotsuba&I, I love both works but 10/10 for Yotsuba&I and 9.5/10 for this cause this manga is 4-panel manga. Comedy in this manga isn't that great but it's touching and make you relax when read it. Many character is so cute , good behavior and good nature.

It made me laugh - now that's saying something. The art's good and the story actually goes somewhere. I love how this manga preserves the feel of high school no matter what.
