13 Volumes (Complete)

While it does re-use the same schticks repeatedly, it's still pretty cute and doesn't feel overused. The only thing I'd have to mark it down for is how long it goes on, but it was entertaining through most of the series.
What the other poster said about the final volume is wrong, the final volume and ending are very good and ties everything up nicely in my opinion.
I don't know what the hell happened in the last 1.5 volumes or so of this. I expected so much more.
This was overall a really funny manga that was occasionally pretty dirty and occasionally pretty romantic. The balance was good. The growth was there and was good. I liked mostly everything up until the end, though to be honest things weeere starting to drag a bit.
The climax though is this repetitive, drawn out, crude, juvenile, and weirdly exhibitionistic (I'm not kidding, and on multiple occasions) culmination of their still hack relationship. 'The lady' feels like more of a plot device then a character with development anymore during this part.
(The guy actually draws detailed naked pictures of her from memory and shows it to his male friends, and then manages to !lose! them in plain sight to where the neighboring family also all end up seeing them. The fact that he has borderline exposed the person he likes to many people isn't seen as an issue at all. By the way, the exhibitionism I mentioned isn't even referring to this.)
I think the author basically went !@#$%& nuts trying to make it as crazy, funny, and silly as possible for the ending at the expense of the characters, their growth up to that point, and any normal sense of privacy. For me though the comedy totally missed and it came across as completely unromantic and fairy disgusting.
Also don't expect any ecchi content here as some sort of trade off at least for how crazy it all is. On that tag, it lets down and manages to somehow be even tamer than earlier chapters.
I found myself speed reading the last volume because it simply lost me and wasn't enjoyable anymore, and kept getting worse and worse up until the last page where the way all the characters end up (including the side ones) is ultimately disappointing. This is a good case of a terribly handled ending ruining an otherwise great manga for me.
(A warning on volume 12: the author completely spoils one of the long awaited secrets (the lady's job) in the chapter title. I know these are short chapters so its just a few pages before you find out anyway, but it still jumps the gun and ruins the moment. Avoid looking at the titles when reading that one.)
It's been a while since I started this so my description of the first 100+ chapters may not be accurate.
The art is the typical manga art style although it's quite noticeable that it's in a kinda chibi/cute style. The story is kinda generic but the way it's delivered is fun and enjoyable to read. The sexual innuendos are just right especially the ML is a high schooler and high schoolers tend to think in those ways. It gets kinda dragged on but during the first 100+ chapters there were some things got unfolded finally then back to the old format of daily lives. The author did add some factors to add to the story but I think as of 190+, there are still no additional untold mysteries and that kinda drags it on for me.
I'll continue reading because it's still fun to read. I just wish they answer more questions regarding Onee-san soon.
The art is nice, onee san is quite weird.
First few chapters drag on a little but the pacing gets better as the story progresses.
