I'm not sure what was the main point on this story. It sure started being interesting but it was like they were rushing everything and by the end they focused only on Pray and they completely forgot the other one existed. It's like they didn't even care about him.
This could've been great....
The plot is
the government created a half human half animal being that can bond with regular humans
The art and the storytelling is just weird
I'm trying my very best to like the main character, but he is not very likeable. In fact none of the characters are very linkable. So far not a lot of backstory has been given, other than that they are all damaged by past experiences.
Jan is like a needy child; Jamil is like a brooding puppy; and Pray is like a petulant child. The characters are very flat. Jan is also presented as an airhead and totally disinterested in Jamil's history or origin, which seems to be used as an excuse for the writer to hint at there being a backstory, which unfortunately is never explored.
It felt like the story had some really good potential at becoming something special in the first half of the manhwa, but it all derailed in the second half. It feels bare; with lots of bickering, mostly sex scenes and not much depth. The way the story is told becomes a bit odd in the second half as well, as the narrator explains pretty much what happens in every panel. What happened to using images to tell the story? Relying on the text to explain things makes the plot feel weak (and patronizes the readers). Also, the story pretty much peter out without anything really being resolved or brought to light.
The art is simplistic and a bit different. The characters have odd proportions and a limited range of emotions and facial expression; either sad, naught, angry or outraged. However, the style is fun and illustrates movement and mood pretty well.
