Some mixed feelings at the start but after the first big arc finished it hooked me (edit ch130).
The politics and backstabbing are what make's this interesting, while at the same time, it's too much at times, to the point where you find yourself thinking that a company can't function like that. As, if the MC wasn't there, all projects in the company would basically fail. And as a reader I found myself thinking why doesn't he just try his luck at a new company rather than live through that crap again, plus he knows the future... a little investing and he'll be rich in just 2 years, he goes back to 2007 so it's conveniently easy to hit a home-run with a little investment fund. And, after making some money, he can save all the people he wants to save in the company, as for those in a rush needing saving they ain't money related, so it shouldn't matter.
The best part is the MC navigating through all the conniving while moving others rather than moving himself. The artist often uses a chessboard as an analogy and while cliché, it's well chosen, the MC often just say a few words or manages things through timing (and luck) rather than through direct action.
I find it entertaining for sure, I get a bit tired when binge reading it but still interesting when I pick it back up (ch 88 so far).
On the other, there are 2 big issues imo:
1) The MC is a piece of sh*t, no really, he's a disgusting person. A few examples till ch.37:
2) The MC is simple too omnipotent, too perfect, some stuff are acceptable but the author goes overboard imo and when he just can't justify is by logic, it's by luck, at times the MC feels like a psychic at times there are many "good coincidences" that happen to the MC, many of them out of his reach, it's a sort of double omnipotence, the MC's and the author's.
Other than those, the art is good, the pacing snail slow and the dialogue is mostly good (thou at times, it's too long-winded which can get tedious, like the tech parts or the antagonists parts).
For those who like this, some recommendations: "From the grave and back" (very similar, a bit better imo), "Second life of a gangster" and "This is the law".
Edit:
After the first big arc and as the story I got hooked as said above, the story puts off repeating over and over the same plot tool (one selfish guy after the another putting logs in the MC's and MC's team wheels) and the story becomes more enjoyable imo, also it keeps pilling chapters so the MC's disgusting past starts to be left in the rear-view mirror and be forgotten so the MC's will be less and less dislikable. Also the secondary cast of characters get more interesting and there are some interesting people, like his team leader and the ostracized royal blood guy.
Overall, enjoying it, it ain't amazing imo but certainly it's good.
Sorry for the length.

1) The MC is a piece of sh*t, no really, he's a disgusting person. A few examples till ch.37:
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
He abandons his mom, doesn't change, betrays his wife trust when she has a miscarriage, doesn't change, puts the last nail in the coffin when his sister is being beaten by his husband and he can't be bothered to help, she dies, he doesn't change, his wife leaves him, he doesn't change, fires half a company, lowers their wages, doesn't change, are we to believe that he has a change of heart like magic when going to the past after his friend died?
Are we to believe that such a person, after giving a f*ck about everyone in his life except for himself and his success in the company suddenly has a change of heart and does a 180° when going to the past...? IMO the "pre-regression" part should have been longer and more brutal, to give a bigger justification for the MC's twist of fate, like... him living till old age and no one wanting to have anything with him, his superiors throwing him to the dogs since he's no longer useful and him ending his life miserable, lonely and depressed even with all his money, that would make his change more believable.

Excellent art, great dialogue, and an interesting plot. A lot of politics and intrigue within company workspaces. Yuhyeon plays the game behind the scenes with chess-like precision and the ferociousness of a boxing match. If you are interested in subterfuge, work drama, and the intricacies of people within an office environment this is for you. There is a slow burn pace but it's quite fulfilling when the payoff is realized. Once you are hooked you can't stop reading.

its one of those manga that wont get you feeling frustrated and confused. It doesnt treat you like youve just graduated kindergarten and spoonfeed every info that you need to know. the mc's great, the villain is meh but it's still a joy to read nonetheless, its super addictive and you wont even realised youve read 60 chapters by the time youre done reading- it's just so good...

Oooh so where do i start.
First of all, i agree the plot is excellent, the protag while not some kind of superhuman is clearly very good at his job and experienced with company politics and how it works.
His goal is clear and in his sight, to bring everyone up with him. Not working for the money/salary but to rather improve everyone else's life, like his co-workers, family, wife, etc.
The author also definitely has a lot of experience in the sector or has done extensive research. He has a good idea what he's talking about, both the technical or realistic corporate side of this manga isn't lacking at all. 10/10
But... thats also where i think the problem is, it's realistic, yes, but that is exactly what makes it have such a slow pace. Whereas in other manhwa (and comparable chapter length, these aren't particularly short) by chapter 59 you'd have assumed the protagonist has squarely beat the first obstacle and probably even the second and third villain.
in this manhwa the MC has only halfway toppled the first obstacle. Its very slow and methodical but to some it might seem *too* slow paced.
Certainly do try it out to get a feel for the pace.
