On one hand, this has some pretty decent fluff. On the other hand, the two main characters are utterly pathetic and annoying 70% of the time. And in addition to that, the author has the most ridiculous misunderstanding-tropes and plot devices that further drag the series down.
The male MC is hopelessly pathetic at random times, when he's not being naturally airheaded and super-charismatic (accidentally). One really good thing I can say about him is that he's not affected (and denser than uranium) when it comes to any OTHER female. So when his natural charisma shines and various girls are attracted to him, he doesn't notice at all, and doesn't blush, doesn't lead them on, etc. Too bad he 'makes up for it' (i.e., brings it down) by being a total spaz when it comes to the female MC. So frankly, I'm not sure why the author adds other females when they don't really add anything. The normal answer would be 'to provide drama to make the main couple progress', but that never happens. The female MC doesn't ever get involved or notice anyone else (because she's just as dense as the MC), so there's no jealousy or anything. And the series won't ever BE harem, it's definitely a single-pairing, so it just comes off as contrived and pandering to the masses.
As for the female MC, it's like the author wanted to write Komi can't Communicate, except lesser/worse in every way. The initial premise isn't bad, but she's just... awkward and shy, and doesn't seem to try to improve (unlike Komi who DOES try, and succeeds!). As mentioned she's dense and doesn't notice anyone else around the MC falling for him, so there's no real point.
Honestly that's how I feel about this series: 'there is just no point'. Basically everything in the series is pointless, from events to characters to trips to 'confrontations with her dad' and so on. It's all pointless.
