So at first it seems like a decent premise: the MC is a returner, and is at a school for them. One of my favorite nostalgic stories is Hagure Yuusha no Aesthetica, with a wild MC who is a returner, and goes to a school of them. The MC is being followed by the demon lord (hot female one) from his isekai world. However, there are tons of flags immediately thrown out. For one, students are forced to go there, and yet somehow someone has the power to do so? For all that they're OP heroes, they're remarkably docile. So yeah, plot armor is kicking in.
Then it turns out the MC spent THIRTY THOUSAND years there, and is OP as hell... yet somehow the two of them never got over their virginity? And I do mean virginity, of the super blushing shy boi type, can't stand to see a naked female. Oh, and he refuses alchohol because he's a minor. A 30,015~ year old minor, riiiiiight. Also he's the super pathetic can't interact with people type, because supposedly being in a realm with one other person means he loses his ability to communicate with others? Oh, and he's selfconscious and has no confidence. Nor ability to judge other peoples power levels, despite literally spending 30k years training. And i don't mean he was trapped there for a long time after he finished training, no, he spent ALL 30k years training.
SO frankly the MC is a combination of all the worst traits that somehow appear in the shittiest of Japanese trope filled stories, but without a logical reason for them, and ALL the reasons for them not to happen. This is the type of story that relies on the MC being dense AND dumb, but the spectators have to be even worse in every metric for the story to function.
Avoid. AVOID.
