That stupid Doujima, he's always sitting next to me with that blank expression, but he's gotta have all kinds of dirty thoughts, right? One thing leads to another, and...wait, me?! N-no, I wasn't thinking... shut up you dummy!
3 Volumes (Cancelled)

The last volume pulls this up to 8 from what I'd normally rate a 7.
Essentially, it suffers from the same issue a lot of gag manga share: If the series is based around a gag or a dynamic (in this case: the girl embarasses herself trying to get a rise out of the unflappable guy), then you're stuck with either stalling any development in order to keep the premise or you'll end up breaking past that premise.
For the former, it often leads to repetitive chapters or introducing more and more elements like side characters to keep it going based on the same gag. For the latter, the most likely scenario is that breaking past the gag just means the manga is heading to an ending.
That's what happens with this manga, but the last volume executes it very well, and the overall amount of chapters is short enough that the length of the manga did not pose a problem.
