I couldn't help feel like this wasn't somehow influenced by 19 Days, arguably the most popular BL comic on Weibo. It's a drastic change from her prior art style, with the look of the faces reminding me of both Old Xian's style & cosplayer/webtoonist LALAax's art style.
May 16th, 2018 Update: It seems that this is the 2ed series in a row she has abandoned unfinished. She says that it has something to do with American beauty standards, angry Weibo fans say it's because of a stupid law on Internet BL the Chinese government passed that Weibo initially acted on & then backed down on after protesting, but personally I peg her as either a person who knows how to start a series but can't finish one, or someone with commitment issues who dumps a project when they get a fresh concept they want to run with. She hasn't made a single post on her Weibo a count since announcing she was ending the series mid season 2, so the Weibo fans could be right about her being afraid of being arrested if she continues the series, or maybe she's sulking because of the backlash from her fans.
November 3rd, 2019 Update: I checked in to see if she ever picked the series back up, seeing as everyone on Weibo who refused to stop doing BL went unpunished. It turns out that in January, she abandoned her Weibo account, leaving a 3rd story abandoned after only 8 chapters. She said it was for health reasons, but the angry comments suggest otherwise. If she would just come back & continue what she started & saw it through to the end, many would forgive her, but having 3 unfinished series means that a lack of trust will always be there.
December 16 2020 update; No updates on her page since January of 2019. Unless she changed her art style again & is going by a new name, it's safe to say that nothing she started will ever be finished
