Description

The story revolves around a love triangle between the male protagonist, Makoto, and two girls in his year, Kotonoha and Sekai.

Makoto develops an interest in Kotonoha, and although they both take the same train to school, she seems to be unaware of his existence. One of his classmates, Sekai, gets the two together despite holding strong feelings towards Makoto.

Yes it is your typical romance manga and the ending was cliche, but it was a simple school romance manga with good characters. I love happy endings and I loved this manga for that reason. I recommend ppl to read it but to not expect anything out of the ordinary for this one. Just your average standard romance.

hated the hero but good story

All I can say is I never wanted to beat the face of a story's hero in more than I did for this series, especially in the anime. While he seem decisive he just hid a new level of indecisiveness.

Rather than like most male protagonists in these stories who can't pick a girl he simply picks all of them without telling any of the other ones he is changing girlfriend or fooling aorund

Besides the hero it is a rather good story.

still, since its only so short i really like it (yeah i like yanderes who go psycho, something different from the overused tsuns)

Good points: Gets you by suprise, doesn't drag on
Bad Points: No character depth or anything the like, Girls just fall for the guy and turn absolutely psycho (which is a good thing haha but just give the guy a trait that makes women want him pleaaaaase, otherwise it just seems ridicolous)

Still i found it really entertaining haha

the title speaks for itself.
the series was actually pretty good, but then at the end on the last 2 chapters was just a big WTF?!?!
the love triangle was all nice and i wanted to see how it would have progressed, but it seemed like the author just wanted to end this series asap... i would have given this series an 8/10 but now after finishing it im giving it a 5/10...
also this is one effed up manga too...

Awww man the first 8-9 chapters were great but ...the last 2 or 3 chapters SUCKED! I think that this manga could had done better ..i mean the Author could had made it longer if he wanted....i was like WTF in the end...but o well

Ahh, the ending. If I knew how to do the spoiler thingy, I'd have a lot to say about it. Let's just say that I hope the author got a better job after chapter 10, and whoever was brought in to do the last two chapters wanted to end the series as quickly as possible. Without having read the first ten chappies.

manga was decent enough till the last 2 chapters. I think the author just got bored and decided to be a big jerk, and made the 2 girls go crazy. If i was Makato i would have jumped out the window the during the last page.

The manga started out great! 🙂 the art give abit different feeling to the anime itself. However, the manga itself has potrayed the story more on the surface. (Anime has a much indept story.)

As the story advances in the manga, its show the facts that the protagonist is struggling between the 2 girls. Although, ended quite unexpected that both of the female char become psycho freaks.

Overall, this manga shows the negative image of society, in terms of its extreme.

The facts that they(the 2 female char) slash each other with a cleaver.....

Alot Better than the Anime

To be honest, then I had watched the anime before reading the manga. To me, the anime was horrible - since the ending was completely unnecessary, and I felt no remorse for the male lead. Because, he had practically slept with every single girl in the series o__o Also, he only began to feel true remorse for his actions when no one talked to him anymore.

Next to the anime, then the manga is A LOT better. Within the manga, he actually tries to avoid Sekai's affections, and concentrates on Kotonoha. He admits that "he's disgusting" for even thinking these kinds of thoughts. When Sekai kisses him, he pushes her off and tells her he won't forgive this next time. And, he confronts Sekai and chose Kotonoha, begging for her forgiveness.

Both endings were completley.. unnecessary and out of nowhere, and was like it was randomly slabbed on for some ... "drama/suspense?" It completely ruined the plotline. The anime is a lot more gruesome with the gore, and graphic. The manga however, deviates from this and minimal violence is shown. The ending is ambiguous though, and I was a little confused.

I just find it funny how the girls totally blame the other and not the guy.

**Overall, in comparison to the anime then it deserves a 7/7.5? As a stand alone... 5-6? **

Ok so this series ends in a way that may upset A LOT of people, as you can see by the reviews. But trust me the anime does it MUCH WORSE. I gotta respect the creators for going where they went and taking that risk, but this story is absolutely sadistic, tragic and depressing which is a HUGE CONTRAST compared to when the series first starts. If you think the manga is bad, DON'T WATCH THE ANIME AS IT'S MUCH WORSE SINCE IT FOCUSES MORE ON THE ASPECTS THAT MADE PEOPLE HATE THE SERIES SO MUCH.
